Sam Werczler
Samuel was born in Sao Paulo in 1981. He began drawing as a child, inspired by comic books, but not before long did curiosity for new techniques lead him down other paths. He moved to the United States, where he graduated from the NYU (New York University). Back in Brazil, he graduated in advertising and joined the market where he worked for five years as an art director. It was when he opened his own illustration studio that he began to define the style that characterizes his work: the organic trace and fluid volumes with soft, delicate and liquid shapes. Familiar with all digital tools, the artist knows how to use them to convey his ideas.
